No Restrictive Buyer’s Representation Agreement
Contrary to what high pressure real estate agents tell you, a written buyer’s representation agreement is NOT required by the Texas Real Estate Commission. I never ask you to sign a lengthy, restrictive, long-term Buyer’s Representation Agreement. In fact, my agreement reads more like a disclosure. Clients are loyal to me because I’m great at my job, not because they feel legally bound to do so. If you’re not happy with the level of service I provide, you’re free to walk away at any time.
Flat-Fee or Full Service
We start with a phone call. If all goes well, we’ll meet. Buying a home is a long process and it’s important that we click before we agree to work together. Please contact me well in advance of your desired moving date since I am only able to represent a limited number of buyers at a time.
